Our company was created with a goal to break down barriers to healthcare access, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their location, has the opportunity to thrive. Through our innovative Thrive2Liv platform, we connect individuals to essential healthcare resources, bridging gaps in care and empowering communities worldwide to live healthier, more fulfilling lives. Our program doesn’t treat diseases, we treat people.

Thrive2Liv uses advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and behavioral science to develop a full understanding of each individual to deliver a high-touch approach to care. Clinical Decision Support tools and clinical experts create and deliver care plans that address each individual’s care needs, addressing not only physical and mental health conditions but also the socioeconomic factors that impact both chronic disease and treatment.

Our Mision

To revolutionize healthcare by making it faster, more affordable and dependable, while fostering compassionate care and ensuring access for underserved communities everywhere. The program is powered by customized tools that enable an individualized care approach by: (a) aggregating data from multiple public and private sources, (b) using advanced algorithms and artificial intelligence to develop composite profiles of individual health, (c) expanding access with telemedicine and real-time data tools like remote patient monitoring and wearables to provide immediate, actionable data, and (d) providing interoperability across the entire care team to ensure care is delivered and managed in a timely and integrated fashion.

Our Founder’s Goals

Founder
“Empowering Everyone to Thrive”

As a healthcare professional with over thirty years of leadership experience, I have always been driven to make healthcare accessible to all. Growing up just outside Fayetteville, NC in the South, the need to travel over thirty miles for a primary care doctor or prescriptions was a common challenge. Unfortunately, this remains the reality today in many underserved communities where access is still a pressing issue.

My ambition was to create a platform that provides everyone with access to healthcare and prescription medications, regardless of their location. Thrive2Liv is the embodiment of that vision, breaking down barriers to ensure that everyone has the chance to thrive. Our approach is unique: we don't just treat diseases, we treat people – and are proud to be revolutionizing the way you visit the doctor and obtain your medications.
